Skimmer

Description

A traditional kitchen utensil characteristic of Kazakh household culture. Made of metal, it has a perforated structure and is used for straining solid particles from liquid food. The working part of the kepsеr is round and flat, with numerous small holes. It has a long handle ending in a metal ring for hanging. Traces of rust and its simple construction indicate that it is an antique household utensil.
