Used for storing and transporting liquids such as kumis, milk, water, etc.
Features a domed lid.
Equipped with a sturdy arched handle for carrying.
Date: Mid-9th century.

Condition

A metal with signs of patination and darkening from time to time. Shape: not deformed, retained its original shape. Integrity: no visible cracks, chips or serious damage. Handle and lid: present, seem original and well preserved. Surface: Corrosion: there are slight traces of corrosion and oxidation characteristic of the age of the metal. Engraving/ornament: Drawings and patterns are visible, although partially erased or tarnished. Polishing: absent, the surface is matte, darkened in places.
