A genre multi-figure composition depicting a scene of everyday life set against a steppe landscape. In the foreground, a group of people is gathered around an improvised dastarkhan. The space is organized in tiers: the foreground is occupied by figures and domestic objects, the middle ground features a horse and moving figures, and the background shows hills with animals depicted on them. A fragment of a yurt is included on the right side of the composition. The color palette is bright and contrasting, dominated by rich reds, greens, yellows, and blues. The painterly manner is decorative, with clear contours, flat areas of color, and a planar composition.
