A traditional Togyzkumalak board made of wood. The board is divided into two rows, each containing nine pits (18 in total), with two large depressions in the center. A mechanism with a metal hook for closing is preserved in the middle. The natural texture of the wood is retained; over time, it has darkened and developed cracks.
Togyzkumalak is a traditional Kazakh intellectual game. Players move the small stones on the board according to specific rules, developing thinking and logic skills. This board was widely used among the people and is considered a valuable part of cultural and spiritual heritage.
