Bucket - tues

Regional History and Local Lore Museum of the City of Semey

A bucket is a tall container of cylindrical shape made of 1 or 2 sheets of birch bark, tightly joined or fused together, with a wooden bottom and a lid. They are used for storing bulk products - flour, cereals, and sometimes semi-liquid substances like honey, molasses, etc. In this case, the lid is missing, and the surface is not decorated.
