Correspondence between Mukhan Tulebayev and Comrade Lobishchev, Director of the Muzgiz Publishing House, Concerning the Publication of the Opera “Birzhan - Sara” is a collection of documents containing administrative and creative materials related to the preparation for publication of one of the composer’s most notable works. The correspondence reflects the characteristics of musical publishing during the Soviet period and the process of interaction between composers and specialized publishing houses. The exhibit has memorial, historical-documentary, and cultural value.
