Description
Pass No. 100 issued to Mukhan Tulebayev for access to Comintern Square on the occasion of the celebration of the 38th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. The document granted access to the central tribune from the right-hand side. Such passes were used during official ceremonial events of the Soviet period and reflect the characteristics of the organization of public and political life at that time.
