Description

Badge belonging to composer Erkegali Rakhmadiyev, a delegate to the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan. The badge is designed in the form of a waving red banner featuring a profile bas-relief of V. I. Lenin. To the left is the state flag of the Kazakh SSR. Along the lower part, a stylized ribbon bears the inscription: “XVI Congress of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.” The accompanying document backing includes the official printed text: “To the Delegate of the XVI Congress of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.” The exhibit reflects the composer’s public and political activities and holds historical and memorial value
