A winter mountain landscape with a genre motif, depicting a high-mountain ice rink surrounded by snow-covered peaks. Beneath an overcast sky, framed by slopes clad in dark green spruces, lies an ice sheet bordered by the flags of various nations. To the left, at the foot of the mountains, stands a white building, while a road recedes into the depth, carrying streams of people heading toward the rink. The palette is built on a combination of crisp white and blue tones of snow and ice, contrasted with the dark green of needle foliage and the soft blue of distant peaks. The detailed painting style, panoramic composition, and festive mood align the work with the tradition of the realistic landscape, uniting the grandeur of mountain nature with the theme of a winter sports festival.
