Issyk-Kul

Description

Author: Dzhunusov, Marat. 1947-1999
A landscape with a view of a lake. In the foreground are ochre-golden coastal grasses. Behind them is a narrow strip of sandy shore and a blue-turquoise water surface. In the background is a mountain range in haze, with two birds flying in the sky. The manner of execution is sketch-like, characterized by fragmented, broken brushstrokes typical of plein-air painting. Bottom left - signature and date.
