In the foreground, a figure moves into the depth of the street, while small groups of people animate the space further back. The architecture, with its characteristic portals and adobe walls, creates depth and perspective. The color scheme is based on a combination of warm ochre-sandy tones and cool bluish hues. The painterly manner features soft modeling of forms and a light, sketch-like quality. In the lower right, there is a signature and a date.
