Description

The Order of “Patriotic War” was awarded to Zh. Sagynaev. The Order of the I degree is presented in the form of a five-pointed convex star, painted in ruby-red enamel, with golden rays spreading out between the tips of the red star. In the center of the red star is the inscription “Patriotic War,” and at the bottom of the belt is the Golden Star, surrounded by a white enamel belt featuring a golden image of the sickle and hammer on a red round plate. The red star and white belt are framed with golden borders. Against the backdrop of the golden rays of the star, there are crossed rifle and sickle images, with the rifle tilted to the right and the handle of the sickle to the left, downward. The images of the rifle and sickle are done in an oxidized style. The size of the order from one end of the red star to the opposite end of the golden (or silver) star is 45 mm. The Order of the I degree is made of gold (583 fineness) and silver. The image of the sickle and hammer in the center of the order is also made of gold. The order attaches to clothing with a pin and clasp mechanism.
