Description
A container product intended for pharmaceutical and perfumery products. The item was produced at the Morenkov factory, F.F. “Opodeldok”. The Marenkov plant was located in Moscow and specialized in the production of glass containers for the pharmacy, perfumery, and food industries.
The factory operated from 1814 to 1917. The bottle is octagonal and features proprietary markings-a seal (an inverted triangle with embossed numbers indicating the year 1814 and the item number No. 297) on 4 out of the 8 sides, along with embossed inscriptions in raised letters:
• 1st side: “MARK”, seal, “FIRM”
• 2nd side: “MOSCOW”
• 3rd side: “F.F. MARENKOV”
• 4th side: “OPODELDOK”
The body of the bottle is octagonal, with rounded shoulders transitioning into a long cylindrical neck with a flared rim.
