Congratulatory Letter to Zhabal Yergaliyev on Press Day
Dated June 28, 2001, the letter is certified by the signature of Sergey Vitalyevich Kulagin, Akim of Akmola Region.
The letter is printed typographically on a sheet of thick paper and laminated.
On the left side of the letter, there is a vertical Kazakh ornament on a blue ribbon, topped with the emblem commemorating the 10th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To the right of the ornament, at the top, is the inscription - “Happy Press Day!”, followed by the printed text set by computer.
The letter is double-sided, with the text in Kazakh on one side and in Russian on the other.
