For many years of fruitful work in the press and in connection with the 60th anniversary of the first issue of the newspaper “Kokshetau,” Head of the Department of Councils and Social Issues, awarded by the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of People’s Deputies.
The certificate is signed by V.G. Kramarev, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of People’s Deputies, G.K. Absamatova, Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of People’s Deputies, and bears the round seal of the Executive Committee of the Kokchetav Regional Council of People’s Deputies.
The certificate is printed typographically on a double sheet of thick paper.
The cover features a white background with, at the top, the emblem of the Kazakh SSR. Below it are inscriptions in Kazakh and Russian: “Қазақ Советтік Социалистік Республикасы, Казахская Советская Социалистическая Республика”, “Халық депутаттарының Көкшетау облыстық советі Атқару комитеті”.
