Description

Honorary Certificate awarded to Zhabala Yergaliyev, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the regional newspaper “Kokshetau” of Kokshetau region,
Winner of the Seilkhan Askarov Prize for the best works of 1993 by the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan for journalistic publications dedicated to current topics.
The certificate is printed typographically on a double sheet of thick paper.
The cover features a red background with white sheets superimposed.
The white sheet is framed, and at the top there is a composition including the flag of the Kazakh SSR, a pen nib, an open book, and a laurel branch. Below is an inscription in Kazakh and Russian - “ҚҰРМЕТ ГРАМОТАСЫ”, “ПОЧЕТНАЯ ГРАМОТА” (“Honorary Certificate”).
