For many years of impeccable work in the press and in connection with the publication of the 10,000th issue of the regional newspaper “Kokshetau Pravdasy” (Kokchetav city).
The certificate, dated October 1984, is certified by the signatures of A. Ustinov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, I. Meltser, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Board of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, and the round seal of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan. The certificate is printed typographically on a double sheet of thick glossy paper.
The cover of the certificate is white. At the top is the emblem of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan: on a gray rectangle is superimposed the flag of the Kazakh SSR, over which is the image of a pen nib. Above it is an inscription in Kazakh - “Қазақстан журналистер Одағы”
