Description

Honorable Certificate. An award document issued in Kazakh and Russian. On the cover, there are depicted state symbolic elements from the Soviet period: a red banner, a portrait of V.I. Lenin, and decorative ornaments. The document was awarded to Ivan Nikolaevich Sobolev for his active participation in the work of the people’s control bodies of the republic and for his labor merits in public and production activities. The certificate retains the organization’s seal and the signatures of responsible officials.
