Description
L. E. Sedelnikov’s Badge “Deputy of the District Soviet”. The badge is made in the shape of an opened flag, covered with red and blue enamel. At the upper left part, there are images of a hammer and sickle, a star, and the inscription “Deputy of the District Council”. On the back, there is a pin fastening.
