Memorial Address

Description

This is a memorial address issued on behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet, and the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR. The cover of the address is made of red textured artificial leather. In the upper left corner of the cover, there is an image of the hammer and sickle, as well as the inscription “1917-1977.”
