Memorial Address

Description

This memorial address was given on behalf of the Mangystau Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan and the Regional Executive Committee of People’s Deputies. The cover of the document is made of red, artificially embossed leather. Inside, it is attached to a folder with a leather strip approximately 1 cm wide and contains four pages. The text on the inner pages is printed in Kazakh and Russian languages using typographical methods and printed in red.
