Description
Thе butter churn was used in daily life in the early 20th century for producing butter by churning cream. Inside the rectangular wooden container is a vertically mounted paddle mechanism for churning. By turning the handle, the cream is churned, causing the butter to separate. This utensil was widely used in the traditional daily life of the Kazakh people for processing dairy products.
