Description
Mandate No. 138 of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, issued to Nurmolda Aldabergenov. This official red-colored document was printed typographically and completed by hand. It certifies that Nurmolda Aldabergenov, elected from the Stalin Collective Farm of the Taldykorgan region, served as a delegate with the right to a decisive vote. The front of the document features a portrait of Vladimir I. Lenin, political slogans, the signature of a conference representative, and a round purple official seal.
