A typewritten official document prepared on the letterhead of a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR.
The document was addressed to D. A. Kunayev, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR, by Nurmolda Aldabergenov, Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR.
The request seeks assistance in allocating no less than 100,000 roubles for the construction of a new building for the Shubar Village Council in Taldy-Kurgan District to replace the dilapidated office building erected in 1929.
The upper right-hand corner of the document bears the archival sheet number (37), while the lower part contains the name of N. Aldabergenov and the date of the document.
