Description
This document is addressed to Nurmolda Aldabergenov, a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR and a two-time Hero of Socialist Labor. The telegram states that the construction of the House of Culture in the Molotov collective farm of the Ili district has remained unfinished for several years due to a shortage of timber. In this regard, a request is made to assist in allocating 10 rail cars of wood materials to fully complete the construction work.
