Description
An archival government telegram on the official letterhead of the Ministry of Communications of the USSR. It was addressed to N. Aldabergenov, a member of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR, residing at the Stalin Collective Farm in Taldykorgan District. The telegram invited him to attend a meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR on September 29. The document was signed by Kr yuchkova, Deputy Chairwoman of the Presidium.
