The telegram informs him that the Ministry’s Board has nominated him as a candidate for Corresponding Membership of the All-Union Academy of Agricultural Sciences (VASKhNIL). He is requested to send his personal personnel record form and autobiography by airmail the same day to the Personnel Department of VASKhNIL at 21 Kharitonovsky Lane, Moscow.
