Mandate issued to N. Aldabergenov for the 9th Extraordinary Congress of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
The document is a rectangular card with rounded corners, made of thick red cardboard. The center of the background features a large Roman numeral “IX” outlined in a light color. In the upper left corner is a relief-style profile portrait of Vladimir I. Lenin, facing to the right.
At the top center appears the slogan: “Workers of all countries, unite!”

“Comrade N. Aldabergenov was elected as a delegate to the Extraordinary 9th Congress of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan from the Taldy-Kurgan Party Organization with the right to vote.”
