Shown in profile, turned to the right. He is respectfully shaking hands with K. E. Voroshilov using both hands, slightly bowing and looking at him with deference.
K. E. Voroshilov (center):
Facing Aldabergenov, he is presenting the state award. In his left hand, he holds the award certificate together with a small presentation case containing the Gold Medal “Hammer and Sickle,” which he is handing to the recipient.
M. P. Georgadze (right):
Standing on the right and turned toward the left, he is observing the ceremony with a warm smile.

A framed portrait of Karl Marx, mounted with a white mat, is visible on the wall. This detail indicates that the ceremony took place in an official reception or award hall of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in the Moscow Kremlin.
