The document is a complaint submitted by Aliғali Bektemirov, a 78-year-old collective farm worker and resident of Kirov District, dated November 29, 1957, and addressed to Nurmolda Aldabergenov, a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR.
