The shape is round. Obverse: the wall of the Kremlin with the Spasskaya Tower, St. Basil’s Cathedral, and a festive fireworks display; images of the orders of the Great Patriotic War; the numbers “1941-1945”. Reverse: the inscription “50 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945”. The medal is attached to a pentagonal base covered with a red silk ribbon using a loop and ring. Awarded to the participant of the Great Patriotic War Zh. Yesenbekov.
