Description

Kerege - the initial and fundamental part of the unified structural system of the yurt.
Usually, the kerege consists of several sections connected with rawhide straps. Each section includes 10-12 laths. It is made by bending wood and fastening it with rawhide ties. The kerege forms the wall of the yurt and serves as the main support of the entire structure.
