Decorated bucket

Description

Conical body, narrow cylindrical neck, and wide flared mouth. Equipped with a high removable domed lid and a movable handle attached to decorative cast hinges. The exterior surface of the body and lid is decorated with chased and engraved ornamentation.
Date: late 19th - early 20th c.
Material: copper, tin, brass or bronze.
Techniques: forging, repoussé (hammering), engraving, chasing, casting, tinning.
Size: 27.5х30 cm.
