Armor

Description

Armor - a warrior’s garment worn in battle for protection against arrows, spearheads, and sword blades. Rusted, with torn sleeve edges. The armor was found in the Zhuały district, near Lake Bilikol, on the territory of the Bilikol state farm. It was donated to the museum collection in 1959 by a resident of the Bilikol state farm.
Date: 18th-19th centuries
Technique: crafted by interweaving rings.
