“Fire Arc” Museum-Diorama Badge

This exhibit is a commemorative badge issued in 1986 in honor of the “Fire Arc” Museum-Diorama in Belgorod, Russia. The rectangular badge is made of aluminium with a gold-colored finish. Its upper section features a relief depiction of the museum-diorama building together with the inscription “1986 Belgorod.” The lower section, decorated with red enamel, bears the raised inscription “Museum-Diorama FIRE ARC” in three lines. The badge commemorates the museum dedicated to the Battle of Kursk, one of the largest and most decisive engagements of the Second World War. It is a historical and collectible artifact reflecting Soviet commemorative traditions and the preservation of military heritage.
