The Inkwell

Description

The inkwell is made of transparent high-quality thick glass. It has a round two-tier (ribbon) shape: the lower part is flared, while the upper part is slightly narrowed. The surface of the glass is adorned with vertical and radial facets (relief ornamentation). The neck of the inkwell is covered with a round brass cap. The piece is set on a rectangular slab of natural gray marble.
