Archival document (copy). Certificate No. 4н-011511/57 of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, dated December 10, 1957.
The certificate concerns the case of Sabir Aitkhozhin (1905-1938), Head of the District Department of Public Education of Mirzoyan District, South Kazakhstan region, who was arrested on October 3, 1937. In 1957, the case was reviewed, the verdict of february 19, 1938 was annulled, and the criminal case was dismissed for lack of corpus delicti. S. Aitkhozhin was posthumously rehabilitated.
