Description

The version of Shakarim Kudaiberdiyev’s songs transcribed by musicologist T. Bekkhozhin. A total of 13 songs were transcribed. They are the following works by the poet: “Surağan janğa сәлем ayt”, “Qorqıt hoca Hafız tüsiме enı de”, “Oyladım bir söz jazayın da…”, “This Song Is Different from the Last One,” “A Separate Song I Just Made Up,” “This Poem Was Written When I Was Twenty-Three,” “The Song Set to the Melody of Korqut,” “My Year is a Ram, My Star is July,” “Advice,” “I Will Depart, Leaving Behind My Song,” “The Immortal Army,” “There is No Peace, No Rest,” “When I First Was Born from My Mother.” The poems were performed by A. Shakhrimuly. Length: 18 pages. The score was obtained from Ahat Kudaiberdiev’s personal archive in 1986.
