Description

A red-clay cup made on a potter’s wheel. It has a cylindrical neck and a truncated conical body. The loop-shaped handle is attached laterally at the junction of the body and shoulder. The base is flat and round. Both the exterior and interior surfaces are covered with light-grey slip. Numerous radial lines, traces of forming on the potter’s wheel, are visible on the surface. The body is burnished. Traces of soot are visible on the middle part of the body.
