Description

A red-clay jug-shaped vessel of wheel-made production. The neck widens toward the rim and narrows toward the shoulders; the rim is missing. The body is spherical, bulging in the middle and gradually narrowing toward the flat base. Traces of brown and red slip are present on the outer surface of the vessel. From the applied handle, the attachment projections on the shoulders of the body, with five dotted indentations, have survived. The handle is oval in cross-section.
