Description
A jug-shaped vessel made of red clay, produced on a potter’s wheel. The neck widens toward the rim and narrows toward the shoulders; the rim has not been preserved. The body is globular in shape, swollen at the center, and gradually narrows toward a flat base. Traces of brown and red slip are visible on the outer wall of the vessel. From the applied handle, only the attachment projections on the shoulder of the body remain, decorated with five dotted impressions. In cross-section, the handle is oval in shape.
