Description

Pile carpet. The central field of rectangular form with red background. Ornamented with medallions – attaban placed in five lines, consisting of four parts of red, yellow, white, brown, dark blue colors. With inscribed patterns botakoz and sharshy in center. Between medallions – patterns zhuldyz. The composition of patterns forms mesh ornament. Narrow internal and external borders ornamented with multi-coloured patterns botakoz. Middle border ornamented with pattern aishyk. From two sides on length – multi-colour pileless border; on width – striped (white, green, red, brown colors) pileless border. Fringe from warp twisted woolen threads of white-brown color. 1st half of the 20th century. Woolen yarn, pile weaving. 160х335 cm.
