Sphero-conical vessel

Description

A gray clay sphero-conical vessel of ellipsoidal shape with a body widened in the upper third, a conical base, and beveled shoulders. There are four short vertical ridges along the shoulders. The shoulders and body of the vessel are decorated with herringbone dots along the ridges, executed with a comb stamp. The margins between the ridges are filled with triangular stamp impressions.
