Color photograph (copy). The sacred tree (“Taldybeiyt”) at the grave of Nurmukhamed Bokeikhanov, located in the Taldybeiyt Necropolis.
Vertical orientation. The photograph depicts an old deciduous tree growing beside the corner of an ancient mausoleum. The tree was planted in 1905 by A. Bokeikhanov at the grave of his father, Nurmukhamed. The saplings were brought from Saint Petersburg.
