Description
The chirag lamp is shaped like a cup with a prominent spout with a looped handle and a long, straight spout. The outer and inner surfaces are covered with a transparent glaze applied over white engobe. The edge of the spout has green glaze and soot. Some of the glaze has not survived. The bottom of the vessel has a spiral-shaped relief.
