Description

Badge «Excellent Worker in Education of the USSR» The badge «Excellent Worker in Education of the USSR» was established by the Ministry of Education of the Soviet Union to recognize outstanding employees of the education system. The badge is circular in shape, with a diameter of 27 mm. The inscription “EXCELLENT WORKER IN EDUCATION OF THE USSR” is placed around the circumference. All images and inscriptions are executed in relief. The obverse of the badge features a hammer and sickle. The badge is attached to the base by means of a suspension loop and ring.
