Description
Kise belt is a traditional Kazakh belt used for both practical and decorative purposes. Made of leather, it is adorned with silver-colored metal fittings and red stones. Attached to the belt were kise-dorbas, sheaths for knives, and hooks for various accessories. In addition to its practical use, the belt emphasized the social status of its owner.
