Black pass, with the inscription “Pass.” Pass No. AG-348 was issued to Shaimukhanov D.A. for entry to the territory of the Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Valid until December 31, 1970. The pass includes a black-and-white photograph of Shaimukhanov D.A., the signature of the department head, and a stamp.
