Congratulatory letter

Description

Congratulatory letter to Zhabal Ergaliev on his 50th anniversary. The letter is dated October 30, 2002, and signed by the chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Resources Management, B. Ospanov. The letter is printed on a double sheet of thick white paper, using typographic methods. On the cover, in the lower right corner, there is a plant pattern in gold. On the inner spread of the letter, along the top and bottom edges, there is an ornament in blue and yellow, made up of a repeating element of Kazakh patterns. Date: 2002.
