Pile carpet. The central field of rectangular form with red background. Ornamented with three large rosettes shatyrgul and inscribed patterns gul, kosmuiz, sharshy. Bordered by three broken ornamental strips from patterns synykmuiz of green, black, lilac color. Wide border ornamented with rhombuses and inscribed patterns tortkulak. On background alternating on color green, red, yellow, black, dark blue and forming mesh ornament. Carpet bordered by strip with patterns tis. Pile border of black color. From two sides on width – fringe from warp twisted multi-coloured cotton threads. 2nd half of the 20th century. Woolen yarn, cotton threads, pile weaving. 225х365 cm. Made in Shayan village, Algabas dis-t, South-Kazakhstan (Shymkent) region.
